Growth Lead

Never Before Seen is a London-based design agency and venture studio. We work with ambitious startups around the world and also build ventures of our own — including Blair, an AI-powered meditation and sleep app, and Marathon, our design-ops platform.

We’re hiring a Growth Lead at Never Before Seen to focus primarily on Blair. This role combines the stability of being employed through an established venture studio with the excitement of helping grow a new AI product from the ground up.

Blair already has strong early traction: a completed pilot program, press coverage in outlets like LA Weekly, Grazia, and Yahoo Life, and a mobile app already in development.

What you’ll do

• User acquisition & retention — design and test low-cost, scalable funnels to grow Blair’s user base.
• Partnerships (B2B2C) — secure distribution opportunities (e.g. wellness bundles, workplace benefits).
• Fundraising support — prepare investor materials and shape Blair’s growth story.
• Campaigns & content — manage PR, social, and creative campaigns to get Blair noticed.
• Commercial strategy — monitor churn and revenue metrics, iterating toward sustainability.

About you

• Experience in growth, marketing, or partnerships (consumer apps/startups ideal).
• Scrappy and resourceful — quick to test, learn, and double down.
• A strong communicator who can build relationships with partners, investors, and users alike.
• Curious about AI, wellbeing, or consumer apps, and excited to build something new.
• Must be UK-based, but the role is fully remote.
